Information on shipping in Germany

Free shipping within Germany from 40,- Euro order value

We pay the shipping expenses with shopping carts worth 40 euros and more. This means that there are no additional shipping costs when you order complete FLEXIRO underfloor, wall or ceiling heating kits. With order values less than 40 euros, we calculate the shipping expenses with a flat rate of 4.90 euros per order.

Delivery

The delivery takes place within 3-5 days with a standard delivery within Germany.

In the case of prepayment, the period for delivery commences one day after issuing the payment order to the transferring bank. In the case of other payment methods, it commences one day after concluding the contract.

The delivery period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory recognised public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

We refer to possibly deviating delivery times on the respective product page. The beginning of the delivery time stated by us presupposes the timely and proper fulfilment of the customer's obligations, in particular the correct indication of the delivery address as part of the order.

Partial deliveries

If you have ordered several items within one order and different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in several partial shipments depending on availability. The delivery times stated for the respective article apply. Additional shipping costs do not apply.

Shipping partners

Shipment is made with DHL, only the elements of the drywall wall heating and ceiling heating systems are delivered with a shipping company.

The delivery of complete FLEXIRO floor, wall and ceiling heating kits also includes installation instructions in paper form.

Non-EU Countries Customs

There may occur additional times times for the customs inspection over which we have no influence. In most cases, the goods reach the delivery address 2-3 weeks after ordering. Shipping is via DHL.

Sales taxes are not charged for orders from countries that do not belong to the European Union. Instead, additional customs duties and costs may arise that are not charged by FLEXIRO. These fees must be paid directly to customs authorities or shipping service providers. Further information can be found in the customs regulations of the respective country.
